Tried to update the Tablo today and it is continuing to reboot and try to update going through downloading, installing, and rebooting for the last 15 minutes. It says not to unplug or reboot the Tablo while the update is in progress. Please help.
Does anything stop you from using a different device and checking to see if the update is done?
Or does exiting the app and re-running the app actual have anything to do with powering off the actual device.
