I have recorded multiple seasons of a couple of programs (all in standard definition). I’ve noticed that when the episode count is high (~greater than 100) my Tablo 4th Gen device will lockup, reboot or go offline requiring that I power cycle the device. I initially encountered this on my Firesticks and FireTV but as the episode count grew, my Google TV also had this problem. I’m guessing that this might be a memory constraint problem (or a memory leak problem). Has anyone else had this issue? Thxs.
I’ve had the same issue on both Firestick and Android devices. Roku, IOS, no problem.
I’ve used an Amazon FireTV Recast (basically the same as the Tablo 4G) for over 5 years and haven’t had this issue (150 series episodes or more) but I haven’t tried it with the Tablo yet (new user).
