For the past month or so I’ve started to see the “An unknown error has occurred, please try again” message when scrolling through the Live TV channel guide. Happens every day. I’m using app Version 2.1 on a Firestick 4k with 14-day guide enabled. Is anyone else seeing this error?
I’m have the same issue on the TV’s using Fire Stick. I have another LG TV not using Fire Stick and there’s no problem
I called into Technical Support about this problem and they recommend that I uninstall and reinstall the TabloTV App for Fire TV on the Fire Stick. I did that and reinstalled and it appears to have corrected the problem. Their Tech Support was very helpful.
