Failure to decode

Hello, whenever I first turn on my tv and Tablo unit an error message is displayed saying ‘Failure to decode audio’, selecting the ‘cancel’ option returns everything to normal. While annoying it’s not a major issue. I would like it to go away though. Thanks in advance for any assistance.

What model Tablo?

My setup is as follows:

Tablo Dual HDMI (purchased 12/22) connected to Sony 7.2 AV via HDMI
Sony Bravia TV connected to Sony 7.2 AV via HDMI ARC
Tablo Dual connected to Seagate 3TB
Tablo Dual has firmware 2.2.42, surround sound pass through set to ‘On’
Apple TV 4K connected to Sony 7.2 AV via HDMI
