Failed to decode video

I have a recent tablo purchased 11/23. it’s the white round puck that is network only. I have a Phillips android tv, and the app is installed on the TV. I can browse the library, but when I try to play anything, it says “failed to decode video”. retry, brings the same error. cancel takes me back to the episode screen, but I can’t watch it. this just recently started within the last week or so. I also have an Amazon fire stick with the tablo app installed on the fire stick. on the stick, I can watch the videos just fine.

i’ve tried several things. I removed and re-installed tablo app on the Phillips smart tv. i’ve deleted a lot of older content on the tablo. it had 1% available space. it’s odd that I can watch the episodes just fine from the fire stick but not from the TV.
