Who playing either recorded or live, it stops constantly with the error message “Failed to load video”. I hit try again and nothing happens. Then I hit cancel and go back to the previous screen, where I can hit watch and then the video resumes, until the error comes again.
Any help?
Is this happening with one particular app/device? If so, which one?
This happens on all Tablo TV and recordings on all TVs and Firesticks.
It might be a hard drive issue. I would submit a ticket to Tablo support to have them look at it.
I did submit ticket and find from their input and instructions that it des appear to be a hard drive problem. thank you for your advice!
