Under the “TV Shows” or “Prime Time” sub menu of the EPG, most shows do not have an image , they show up as a blue rectangle with the name of the show only. This is the case, even for shows from major broadcasters.
For exemple, if i go to “TV Shows/Channels”, and select “CBS”, only “Survivor” shows up with an image. Other major shows like Hawaii Five-O or NCIS only show up as a blue rectangle.
If i go to the Movies sub-menu, almost all movies a an image.
Is this normal ?

It’s normal as you transition out of an active subscription, or if your guide hasn’t been updated because your Tablo has been off or disconnected from the internet overnight for many days.
If you go to the web app, what does it say here?
I just looked at my epg, tonight i still have many shows that show up as a blue rectangle, but many shows now have an image.
I guess that there will eventually be images for most shows, but it will take a few days.
Ps: my guide was updated 16 hours ago(around 2 am this morning).
