DVR fast forward shows screen grabs, but can’t watch

It looks like it recorded because when you fast forward, you can see that it captured something. But when you press play, it’s a black screen. I tried searching for a solution on here before posting. I’m new here, but a huge fan of what Tablo can do for me, and this is my first post.

I’ve found some information out there. I might have had the audio adjustment setting off, but now that it’s on, I can record and watch things on my older tv and older Roku.

I just tried watching the recording on my phone via the app, no problem. So it’s this tv and Roku that seem to have the issue.
