Does streaming continue when tv only turned off?

Does streaming continue to use internet service when Tablo and Roku remain powered with TV shut off? In other words, what is the best way to turn the system off at end of day?

Tablo doesn’t use your internet data when you’re streaming locally at home. Only for remote viewing. Just exit the Tablo app on your Roku when you’re done and you’re good.

What if Roku remains powered without exiting Tablo, but tv off, for faster startup the next day?

Just back out of the live tv streaming (takes one press of the back button) and then leave it the Tablo app open on the live TV guide / grid.
