I have been working with the Tech help through email. He has remote controlled into my tablo and found errors on my hard drive. He said he is running a repair program and will let me know when it is done. I can not access my recorded shows or the tuners to watch live TV. It has been three hours since I last heard from him. Does anyone know how long the repair program will take and when I will have access to my Tablo stuff again?
Repairs on a TB+ drive can take many hours depending on what he’s doing.
Is it normal to lose the ability to watch live TV through the Tablo too when they run this program? Its very quiet here.
I have no idea, maybe @TabloSupport or somebody else can chime in. I’m was just basing my guesstimate based on my own experiences.
