I don’t know if you have already tried this… but if it is close enough, try connecting your Tablo to your network via an Ethernet cable. It works more reliably that way anyway.
Im semi color blind… Does your wifi bars (in the screenshot) look like you have low signal? If your Tablo is close by, it may too.
Soo, @KGBnut suggested the best case scenario.
Is your indicator light on your Tablo giving you the correct pulse?
On first setup the app has been known to have issues. One thing to try is to close the app and try again, see if it tries to continue from this point.

Do you have a legacy HDMI TV connected Tablo or the new 4th Gen Tablo? If the former, you need to install the Legacy Tablo App. It appears you installed the new Tablo App.
