Dear Tablo community,

Here’s my setup, I have a Verizon FIOS router MI424WR Rev 1. The router feeds to a TP-Link Archer C50 router. Tablo connects to the Archer router with a static IP address. I have setup the router with a virtual server, such that external TCP port is 31887and internal port is 8887, also port 31880 is mapped to internal port 80. This is what tablo suggests for the Remote connect access. Now looking at my Verizon FIOS router. I have the option of setting port forwarding. What do I need to do. Even if I open all TCP ports it doesn’t seem to work. What do I need to map. Any help will be appreciated

You need to put your in Verizon FIOS router MI424WR bridge mode. Right now you have a router behind a router.
