You should get relevant feedback in the app if your recording failed to process commercial skips.
That being said, if you see an odd behavior happen and it’s reproducible (i.e. every time I record Big Bang Theory it says ‘Commercial Skip is ready’ but when I play it back it doesn’t skip commercials) feel free to flag that to us.
You can do that by:
- Sending a note to support
- Posting in the 2.2.26 firmware thread
- Or if you think related to a specific app (i.e. you see behavior X on Roku but not on Apple TV) in the relevant app update thread
