Commercial Skip not working on Legacy Tablo with Roku

I noticed that commercial skip is working differently depending on Roku device. I have a Roku 3910RW v. 12.5.5, commercial skip is working. Roku 3820R2 v 12.5.5 commercial skip is not working.

I have an active subscription to commercial skip.

IMG_0038 is from the Roku 3820R2
IMG_0039 is from the Roku 3910RW.

Any thoughts on why this is happening and how to fix?
