Commercial skip failure

I’m new to this forum. I’ve been using my Tablo Quad for about 6 months on Roku. Subscribe to commercial skip; connected to 1TB drive. Com. skip has been used successfully (some inconsistencies) until about 2 weeks ago. As usual, recorded program shows com. skip ready (yellow check mark). Yellow dashes when fast forwarding are grey instead and com. skip not working. At least I have thumbnails when fast forwarding. Do I need to contact tech support?

It appears you merely turned commercial skip off via the client (Roku). During playback simply press the down arrow on your Roku remote and re-enable commercial skip. More info is here:
