Hi guys. As of 12:25pm on September 28th 2026. I swapped in a new encoder on ch 13.1 off air in ottawa. The manufacturer has set the frame setting that your tablotv units need to decode properly.
Can someone check ch13.1 off air and report back if there is any issues like before.

We are still working with manufacturer of new encoder to find a solution. Old working feed restored. Thanks Keith for your help and quick response.
