Chrome Wed UI does not see Tablo Tuner on Local network

I have just built up a new system with an Intel NUC (next unit of computing) running win7.  When I bring up my.tablotv.com site it does not "see" the tablo to pair with..

 

I have other windows pc's, both win7 and win8 that have no problem using the Chrome browser UI and pairing with the tablo... anybody have any ideas?
