I noticed that several of my over the air channels are mixed up. I clicked on charge channel and it goes to ion mystery. There are several of them doing it. Has anyone else been having this problem or is it just mine
Tablo moved some of the Fast Channels to the top of the Guide.
Is that what youre talking about?
Do what I do - go to the channel list in settings and remove(uncheck) the FAST channel. Life will return to normal with OTA sorted first.
I tried this and the system moved two different FAST channels to the top of my guide. I get it, they want to promote their own channels, but I wish they wouldn’t. At least let us choose which FAST channels are at the top.
Small issue in the grand scheme of things…
I had to remove 6-8 before they all disappeared. After the latest firetv stick update 1 new one appeared and was a movies only channel. I removed it and all is as desired. I find FAST channels more trouble then are worth and when compared to the various app issues that is saying something.
To me, this sounds like your program guide is off. Do you know if there was a programming change in your area?
You can always try using a different zip code for your area to see if the channels are right. It might be best to first learn what each station number is and go from there.
2-3 months ago tablo stated that they were pushing selected FAST channels to the top of the channel sorted lists for Live TV, Shows, Movies, etc. It appears that in the first few weeks of November they pushed some new ones.
OP hasn’t posted since this morning. We can speculate all day but until we have more information this is entirely pointless.
Thanks everyone for your responses. It seems to have worked it self out and is working correctly
Have the 4th gen, 4 tuner unit and the OTA channel guide has been mixed up since purchased in June. Been back and forth for months with multiple reps and all they can do is give the same story below.
What good is having a 4 tuner DVR that’s not able to record the correct channel!
Very frustrated and disappointed!

Unfortunately, our guide data provider is currently unable to add guide data for missing channels. Our team is investigating some solutions to resolve this issue to acquire the scheduled data for channels like this in the future, but this is likely a few months away until we’re able to resolve these types of inquiries.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience and understanding while our team works to resolve this.
Anyone in the Marlboro, NJ area who has a 4th gen unit and gets the correct channel guide?
Tvlistings.zap2it.com for zip code 07746 has several listings for two stations with the same channel number. For example, channel 2.1 is both WDPN (MeTV) and WCBS (CBS). Tablo probably isn’t smart enough to figure out which one it is tuned to.
If your antenna is pointed at the New York stations try giving the tablo a New York zip code.
I wondered why some FAST channels were getting priority on the channel list. The thing is, I want to sort the guide the way I want to, not the way some corporate lackey thinks. So, as suggested, I unchecked all FAST channels and only have my OTA show up. So short sighted on Tablo’s part, there were a few (very few) FAST channels I enjoyed too.
What happens if you only check those few that you use? Do they become priority in the guide and shoved to the top?
If it’s on tablo’s blessed list of channels it goes to the top.
