That’s odd,
If you have a 4th Generation Tablo try updating your guide. If that fails, try rescanning, leaving those two channels unchecked and save again.
Barring that, it may be a good idea to reach out to our technical support team: https://tablotv.com/support/#contact . They should be able to help.
Depending on the viewing device, you could also try clearing the cache or data from the app. This would force your app to redownload the data you see in your guide, etc.
I think you might be on to something with the cache thing. Roku Ultra shows the channels, iPhone does not. I dont see an option to clear the Roku cache…maybe requires an app delete, power cycle, then reinstall?
You can try this key combo that often will clear up this and similar issues:
Home x5
Up
Rewind x2
Fast Forward x2
It will do some strange stuff on the TV, look like it’s crashed, then reboot on its own. I do believe it clears up some cache and data and it’s easier than the delete, restart reinstall. Luckily, the TabloTV app doesn’t use any login data so the only thing you’re losing is time.
