My brother has a Tablo and has asked for my help. He has 2 tvs. On one the Tablo is working just fine. The other one has suddenly stopped working. He turns the tv on and gets the guide but when he clicks on a channel he gets sound but no video. I ruled out video on the tv as he gets the Tablo start up screen and the channels guide. Any ideas? I tried resetting the Tablo and that did not help.

Yes his Tablo looks like a white hockey puck. He is not using Roku but I believe he does have a firestick attached to his tv.
It might be a good idea for your friend to reach out to Tablo Support. They should be able to help.
