I am unable to get Channel 15.1 ABC in Prescott Valley Az to show up in my guide. It is available and selected on my scanned channel list and shows 4 green bars (the best reception). All of my other selected channels show up.
I am able to receive their broadcast and guide info on my TV tuner without using my Tablo with very clear reception.>
I previously had been able to receive the broadcast until I ran and saved a channel scan and when the 15.1 signal was weak and that is when it would not show up in my guide. I fixed my antenna and rescanned the channels so it now shows the channel is available with maximum reception but will not show up in the guide when selected. It’s like the channel is blocked for some reason.>
I had spent over an hour with one of the Tablo support techs a couple days ago. We reset the Tablo, reset the router, did a factory reset on the Tablo and nothing worked.>
I recently did another factory reset on my Tablo and set it up as a different new user and that also did not fix it.
I don’t understand how I can receive the 15.1 broadcast on my LG and Roku TV tuners but not on the Tablo???
I opened a third ticket 534678 on April 6 and am awaiting a solution also.
The primary channel appears but not the subchannels.
