Since it appears Tablo licenses the guide data, who should I contact when I see a problem in the guide?
I’ve heard zap2it mentioned in the past. I’ve contacted them about incorrect channels in the Boise, ID area. 9.4 should be MeTV Toons (shows as no channel; all programs are TBA) and 22.7 should be RetroTv (shows programming for The Grio).
One change did occur. Channel 12.5 changed from Defy to Ion Plus. It probably took two months, but channel 12.5 now had the correct channel name and programming.

You can contact table support and they will contact their vendor.
I think its gracenote.

@KimchiGUN - Well, you understood my question much better than Tablo support. They kept telling me that it was a Roku problem (it isn’t; it’s a provider data problem) and that rebooting my Roku might be a temporary fix. They saw Roku and assumed it was the same guide problem others have had.
I finally told them the incorrect guide data shows up in the iOS app as well. I haven’t heard back since then.
@TabloTV - If someone sees this, I’m not complaining about the app or the Roku OS. It’s simply a data problem with the vendor who supplies your guide data.
It’s showing for channel 22.7 (Boise, ID area) the previous channel information instead of the current channel (RetroTV). For the new sub-channel 9.4, it’s showing To Be Announced instead of the correct MeTV toons programming data.
