I forget how do you report guide issues again? Legacy Tablo - recently it has been terrible for the OTA for area code 92117. Numerous channels are showing To Be Announced at odd times and messing up recording schedules. Today for example CBS 8-1 shows FBI from 5-6pm, FBI: International from 6-7pm and FBI: Most Wanted from 7-8pm and as an added wrong bonus it shows FBI also on CW 8-2 from 5-6pm which it isn’t. This block should be showing as 8-9, 9-10, and 10-11 for CBS 8-1 today. Instead that shows To Be Announced 8-8:30 followed incorrectly by The Late Show With Stephen Colbert 8:30-9:30 followed again incorrectly by After Midnight from 9:30-10:30 followed by another incorrect To Be Announced from 10:30-11:00.
This is just the latest example - but To Be Announced has been running rampant in the guide lately and other websites like TitanTV have the right programs so I know the information is out there.
titantv is a commercial guide provider. So various sites like titantv get the info directly from the broadcaster. So it’s correct because titantv now supplies the guide to the CBS 8, kusi, and fox web site.Whether it’s supplying the info to gracenotes is unknown. Almost all kusi sports is also missing.
Are you saying Tablo Legacy uses Gracenotes? If so, based on the bad data I’ve been seeing lately across multiple channels I would say they are not being supplied by Titantv.
If I’m misreading your comment then not sure what you are saying. All I can say is the current source has gotten really bad lately.
gracenotes is not supplied by titantv. tablo, hdhomerun, zap2it, and others use gracenotes. When gracenotes is bad all 3 of the above are also bad.
maybe this is an end of year event. Many stations make channel/sub-channel changes at the end of the year. One rumor is that the CW on 8-2 may move to kusi.
