The guide list all the info from the Montreal channels but listings do not come up for the US channels Burlington VT, and Plattsburgh NY.
Is this normal?
You need to open a support ticket, tell them your postal code and what stations you’re receiving, and they can get the guide updated.
Or just try nearby postal codes and see if any of them are complete.

Even if you find a nearby postal code that works, please touch base with us and let us know which one you were trying to use so we can fix it for you & your neighbors 
I’m using my postal code J7g1p6.
I tried it, still the same as my postal code no US channel guide?
