My zip is 33470. 25.3 True Crime Network is found by the scan, with four green dots, yet the channel itself (when you select the channel but not a show) fails to load with “channel_not_found S999005656_025_03”. Selecting a show results in "An error has occurred - Error Loading Airing Details (with a Dismiss button)
Most if not all other “found” channels work. What could be the issue with True Crime?
Hi @Lynn_Demarest,
What Tablo and viewing device are you working with?
It might be worth a short to try a channel scan or guide update: Tablo Q&A – What is the Difference Between Updating the Guide and a Channel Scan?

4th gen 2 tuner, Roku HD. Did a full scan and update before behavior.
Understood,
It still might be worth a shot to rerun a channel scan after the behavior starts.
Why? What do you suspect is happening?
FYI, the iPhone app also does not load the channel.
A cheap antenna hooked up to a TV directly DOES pick up the channel, using the TV’s tuner. Is the Tablo tuner(s) subpar?
If something in the channel’s data is out of date or incorrect, running a channel scan and saving the results (even if they’re just the same) is a non-invasive troubleshooting that may resolve the issue.
Beyond that, even if your TV can pick up a channel that doesn’t mean it’s signal strength’s good.
In rare cases, a channel’s signal can be strong enough to receive when the antenna is connected directly to your TV but not the Tablo because of the digital cliff effect.
Unlike your single-tuner television, your Tablo has multiple tuners (either two or four) so that you can watch and record multiple shows at the same time.
The downside is that the antenna’s signal strength is split between the tuners in the Tablo, leading to a small drop in strength. Tablo uses amplified splitting technology to mitigate this loss, but if the signal is on the edge of the digital cliff, it could be enough to push it over.
Employing some of the troubleshooting here can help.

I forgot about the cliff.
