When typing on a TV it would be more efficient if scrolling to the bottom of the letters defaulted to the space bar option. I can’t name how many times I’ll be looking for a show and need to clarify what I need by adding a space between words. Instead, I’ll hit the trash can and everything I’ve typed is erased.
This slows down a search in two ways:
- Pressing an extra remote button to get to the Space Bar icon.
- Needlessly typing an entire phrase over again if accidentally hitting OK on the trash icon.
I have learned to slow down most of the time, but since this is the default in most other apps, it’s likely a habit for others as well.
