Can I change the channel guide order by having my most used channels on top of the guide so I don’t have to scroll down as much? Thank you!!

Sadly, no. That is a long-standing feature request. You can set up ‘favorite’ channels, and on most systems you can then set your guide to display only your favorites.

That depends on your streaming device. Roku will not hold that preference when you log out and back into the app. Some android-base devices will. I have an Onn device that will remember the guide preference.
Of course, I have a Roku. Ugh. Thank you.
Maybe they will address this in an update.
