Chanels 24.1 to 24. All have 2 red dots

I have a bunch of stations that have red dots and cant watch evdn tough the scan picks it up. How can i get them?

You may be too close to the broadcast tower - turn off the gen 4 amplification, antenna not pointed at broadcast tower, need a better antenna, or ?

Go to the channelmaster utility(or use a different utility) to see if you can even receive the signals

Please share the channel listing from the ChannelMaster site so someone can give you advice based on your surrounding broadcast stations.
