Casting Tablo recordings from phone or Google Nest Hub to TV

Beginner user here.
I have a Google Pixel 9 pro phone, a Google Nest Hub Max, a Google Chromecast dongle w/remote hdmi’ed into LG G3 (2024) TV, a Blackview Android Tablet.with Tablo installed
I put Tablo app on my phone and tablet where it works great. Using other apps, I can easily cast from phone to TV. I don’t see a casting ICON on the phone. I guess I could cast the “entire phone” to the TV but I expect the Tablo recorded image would degrade a lot.
Is there a way to easily cast from my phone to the TV??
Or to cast from any of the other devices I own to the TV?
Doing either would make it easier to skip commercials or easily move to different spots in the recording. My LG remote “fast forwards” very slowly.

The Tablo is intended to be used with a streaming device; Roku, Amazon Fire, onn… It also works directly with a number of Smart TVs.

Have you tried downloading the Tablo app to your Chromecast, or directly to your LG TV?

Tablo app is on my LG TV, , but commercial skip and (more important) fast forwarding or rewind on recorded shows takes forever using the LG remote… On my phone or tablet, I can simply slide the slider to whatever place I want.

Install the appropriate Tablo app (Legacy Tablo or Tablo) on your Google Chromecast.
The app named just Tablo is for Tablo gen 4 devices.
No need to cast from your smartphone.

My experience with the Tablo app on Chromecast is channel surfing is way faster than using other streaming devices, like a Roku.
