Can't Do Mandatory Update in Time

I got an email that I have to do a mandatory security upgrade to my Tablo by May 22 or it will stop working.

The problem is that I’m away from that device until late June, and my family members who are living there don’t know how to access the Tablo or even have the app.

I don’t think I can remotely access the Tablo to do the update because I’m not on that WiFi network.

Is there anyother solution?

Can you VPN in to their network from your location?

I don’t think I could VPN. But if I use something like Google Chrome remote desktop, can I access the Tablo device via a web browser?

You can access most of the functionality of the legacy app via the WebApp available on the Tablo website but from what I can see there is no check/update firmware option in that web app.
