Can't access guide!

I was a day late renewing my subscription because my card number had changed. As of this morning it is renewed. I have lost my scheduled recordings and my access to the guide. I can see the guide but it is greyed out with a note that I have to renew my subscription… When can I expect to have access to it again? Is there something I have to do to reactivate the guide? Can I schedule a recording without the guide?

You can schedule a manual recording until it’s fixed.

You’re probably okay now. In the future, there is a refresh button on the Settings tab which may speed up the process. It may not. I haven’t had that issue myself.
