Sorry if this has been addressed elsewhere, but my searches have turned up nothing.
I cannot view any live TV. I do not subscribe to the guide, but believed that would not be necessary.
I’ve updated the firmware.
I’ve re-scanned the channels.
My local channels all appear on the view list, but there selecting a channel from the grid does nothing.
This seems to be so obvious that I must be doing something wrong, but for the life of me I can’t figure it out.
When looking at the Live TV grid, are you selecting a show in the grid, or the channel on the left edge?

I never thought of moving the highlight to the channel number, since it appears to default to the horizontal line representing the programming.
(The listings are all blank, which I assume is because I’m not subscribed to the guide service.)
Even without the guide subscription, I think you should be getting 24 hours of guide in the grid. If you’re not, it’s probably because your zip code is set wrong and the device can’t match up the RF channels it’s detecting with the actual stations.
Thanks. I’ll check the zip code. The unit does recognize the city and state I’m in, though.
