Cannot get Tablo Connect to work

Hello everyone, I just got my tablo yesterday and have been trying to get the remote access to work. I have upnp enabled on my router (archer c7 v2) and when i go into forwarding > Upnp I can see that the external ports have been enabled, but the tablo still says that “Your router requires manual configuration”. Any ideas as to what my next step should be? P.S. I am going to attempt to put screenshots below…

Just remembered that I should have let you know what firmware versions I am running. I am on 2.2.8 on the Tablo and 3.14.3 Build 150427 Rel.36706n on the router.

Your ISP might be blocking the ports.

First, find out what your public IP address is:
https://www.whatismyip.com/

Then, use the following to check if a port is open:
http://incloak.com/ports/

My ports are closed, so this is what it looks like for me:
All 2 scanned ports on 66.sub-70-197-8.myvzw.com (70.197.8.66) are filtered
Nmap done: 1 IP address (1 host up) scanned in 3.33 seconds

Here’s an example of a port that is opened:
PORT STATE SERVICE
443/tcp open https
Nmap done: 1 IP address (1 host up) scanned in 13.34 seconds

@Radojevic you are correct, they are filtering the ports. we need 21111,21110 open for it to work, correct?

Doh!
My public and private port understanding looks wrong for Tablo.
Checking something out…
Damn, I can’t check it out, but it looks like, yes, ports 21111 and 21110 are your public ports, and they need to be open from your ISP all the way thru to your router.
