Cannot delete series on Android/Fire OSes

I’ve discovered two series that I am unable to delete on AndroidTV or FireTV OSes. If I look at them using a Roku, iPad or Android Mobile, this issue does not exist and I am able to delete them both.

The problem is that the series options do not appear for these shows. There is no “Series Recording Scheduled”, “Recording Options” or “Manage Episodes” options to click on.

Options available on Roku:

Options missing on Android/Fire OS:

Has anyone else experienced this issue? In case @TabloTV @TabloEngineering or @TabloSupport would like to check the logs I have not yet deleted either of the series.

Edit: There are three series that I am unable to delete and/or stop from recording. One has recorded episodes (as shown above) and the other two do not.

This certainly is weird. It’ll be interesting to see if anyone else has this same issue.

I have not heard of that before. I do not have a Fire device, but I have an ONN which is also Android base.

Are you seeing that on ALL recorded series, or just certain ones? (I know you said ‘three’ but I wasn’t sure if that was all you had recorded, so I thought I would ask.)

I have checked all of my TV series and only these three are affected. The images were from a FireTV but this also affects my onn device as well.

How bizarre…?

Okay, just a thought, I have on occasion found that Tablo treats a recorded program as though it was a live program; I won’t get thumbnails, and it I try to FF the progress bar will say LIVE. There was just some glitch in the recordings. You don’t see that on these programs, do you?

There are 30 remaining episodes and I have not tested each one of them. I have never run across that LIVE progress bar situation you’ve mentioned. I’m willing to look at a few – which devices does this happen on?

I have found other (commercial-free) means of watching this program and really am only interested in deleting them. Although I could do this on the Roku, I’ve kept them in case this is something that TabloTV would like to look at.

I’ve noticed this on my Roku Ultra, which is in the room where I watch the most TV. It only happens once in a while, and I don’t have an example to check right now, so I can’t check the other devices. I will keep an eye out for it should it happen again.
