Can you setup TABLO using PLEX and the TABLO Channel plugin?

No setup screen comes up, just the 7 icons when trying to use PLEX to setup the TABLO.  If it can’t be done in PLEX, can it be done on a website or what Windows apps can do this?

Yes use the Chrome browser on a Windows PC and go to my.tablotv.com

Thanks.  Already got it setup though my android tablet and the Tablo app.
