I just got my new Tablo 2 tuner. I did the updates and scanned and found all my channels most 5 dots some 3 dots. For some reason I can not watch anything live it gives me the message Player Error Unable to tune to channel. This is usually caused by poor reception. I can record and watch recordings just fine though so I know it is getting the signal. It makes no difference what device I watch on same thing. Any ideas?
What deivces? Try Roku, computer, iPad, etc.
@Catinton Try removing the hard drive and rebooting the Tablo. Can you play any of these channels without the drive attached?
