Can no longer connect via browser after modem change

Do my old cable modem (from 2007) took a dump and I got me a new one. Everything is working fine. I am online, speeds are good. No issues so far. Except, I can no longer access my.tablo.com from any web browser. I can access Tablo from my FireTV and on my iPhone. So it looks like the only issue is getting to my.tablo.com from a web browser. Here what I have done.

Cleared cache on all browsers

Hit “rescan”, no joy.

Click on the X to make the browser forgot about the connect, still no joy.

Nothing else has changed on my network. Still the same router, still the same ISP. All devices still have all the same local IP addresses. Just a different cable modem.

Help? I don’t want to do a hard reset because I have tons of recordings on the DVR. Per the online KB “The Tablo DVR’s database and all troubleshooting logs will be erased, along with all recordings and recording schedules available on the attached hard drive.”

OK WTF!

I have been trying to load my.tablo.com for like 30 minutes and then I make this post and everything is working. I just hit “Search Again” one last time after hitting it like 100 times already and it found it.

I am going to try to connect on my other browsers and on other computers and see if it will connect now. Strange.

So the website is my.tablotv.com not my.tablo.com

Who was it that said “Close, but no cigar” :grinning:

That was a typ-o on my part here. I was going to the correct URL. I was able to get to the page to hit connect, have it try wifi and search again. For some reason it would not find my tablo until about 20 minutes ago or about 30 minutes after I replaced my modem.
