Bought Subscription, now what?

We just bought the guide subscription. It shows in my account but not my tablo app. I’ve tried reboot g to no avail. What am I doing wrong?

Probably nothing.

You might have to wait for the guide to download, etc.

That could take a little bit of time to download the guide data/sync.

Under settings, what does it say under SUBSRIPTIONS?

You should see a little progress/percentage meter.

have you add your tablo serial # after completing your payment?

Yes, I did.

In your tablo UI, under settings does it show you have a subscription and have you click refresh?

In your web browser (phone or computer) log into your Tablo with the credentials you used to sign up.

Log into your Tablo here: MY TABLO

Click on the three lines in the upper left hand corner and select SETTINGS from the list.

You should see the status of your guide data/etc.

It should take 15 minutes to an hour.

I’m sure you just need to wait a bit.

Thanks RF, it is showing, now, an active subscription and is downloading the guide. I’m still new to this and I guess I expected immediate access!!!

It can sometimes take your Tablo, our servers and our subscription portal a little bit to connect all of the dots.
