Blue Lines at Top and Bottom

On about 6 out of 93 channels, I get these blue lines across the top and bottom of the screen. Can anyone tell me what might be causing this?

My setup:

Tablo Quad Wi-Fi (refurbished) 2022

Nvidia Shield Gamer 16gb 2019

Panasonic TC-P58S1 1080p Plasma 2011
