Blue and white flashing lights on 4th gen, not responding

Have alternating blue and white flashing lights and apps on multiple devices are not finding the Tablo. Reset and power cycled with no change.Was working perfectly for about a month after installation. Connected via ethernet cable directly to the router, showing on the network and responding to pings on it’s IP address. Does anyone know what these lights mean?

I don’t know the answer to your question, but I’m thinking if it were happening to me, I would try rebooting the router. Maybe you did that. Just thought I’d pipe in, since you’ve had no response yet.

Seems to be having trouble reaching Tablo’s servers.

There have been no changes to the router since it was all working a few weeks ago. I can see the Tablo is connected to the network because I can ping it’s IP address. Does anyone know the IP address for the Tablo servers?

Solved. The router settings really had been changed. Internet access was turned off for the Tablo. Not sure how that happened but I’m sure I did it. Pinging the Tablo still worked but it could not get out on the internet.

Changing things in the router isn’t the only reason to reboot it. While it’s not normally something you need to do, it can cause a few hiccups when there are connection problems between the two devices.
