We recently purchased a Tablo TV model TF1282B-01-CN. Has been working great then started to fade last night while watching a show. Show kept freezing. Wifi was fine. Today, black screen only. Sound fine. Home screen and guide viewable. Unplugged and reset everything qith no luck. Tablo is working on my phone, so im guessing its a Roku issue? Our tv is an onn. model 100012586.
We are returning the tablo tv if its not going to work with our tv, but i would rather not have to do that.
They might also suggest Audio Compatibility Mode but, either way, if you do, please DM us the email address you use to contact them, your ticket number and SSID.
