Audio works but no video

New set up, everything works fine on my Mac (ethernet), but when i set up TV w/ Roku express, the picture came on a few seconds then went blank, white scree with thin vertical lines. I get the menu info and audio but no picture. TV is 10 feet from router and tablo device

Does the Roku playback fine through other apps on the device, say Netlfix?

If you can watch Live TV and Recordings on your computer, and other devices such as your smartphone or tablet, then it’s weird it wouldn’t work on the Roku. Have you tried your phone or a tablet?

It sounds like either the roku or the hdmi cord from the roku to your tv is buggered, mate.
