Audio and captions but no video

Samsung TV UN65KU6290F gets audio and captions but no video. This happened last week on live TV all channels, then on two recordings on different channels. No warnings, it just doesn’t work when we are ready to watch. Tablo Device: 2.2.30

Have you tried rebooting your Tablo? I just tried my Samsung app and had no issues with live tv and recordings.

Or rebooting the TV (not simply just turning it off and on). Either reboot from a menu screen or physically unplugging the TV from the electrical outlet.
