I was recording the U.S. presidential debates Monday which was 2 hours long and I had over 1.9TB of space on the drive. When I went to watch it, I could only watch the first 26 minutes. The recording had stopped for some reason. We were having some tstorms in the area and the 26 minutes we did get was breaking up. I also had other shows recording that night as well. So I don’t know if it got dropped due to bad reception or all the tuners being busy.
The ask here is to add the reason for incomplete recordings into the actual content stream at the end in a form that will display and be understandable. It would be nice to have that screen stay up at the end until you manually end watching that stream so you are forced to see it.
