This Televes indoor antenna has worked well for me under less than ideal conditions, so I was glad that AM gave it a positive review.
I’ve also used the ClearStream antenna he depicts, apparently a 1Max, and can say the Televes is much more compact, easier to find a place for in an interior space (plus my wife does not complain about its appesrance), and also has built-in filters and amp.
Note there is a second, newer, Televes indoor antenna model, which he does not mention, that has slightly different frequency coverage.
I posted a comment in his video asking him to review it in the future. He replied saying that he had tested it a few years ago and it didn’t work well. He also said in another reply in the thread “it didn’t work better than the CM FLATenna that’s 1/3 the cost”
Antenna Man reviewed the Televes indoor antenna and said it performs well for an indoor model, with a strong built-in amplifier. He still recommends outdoor antennas for best results, but this is one of the better indoor options.
