For an android tablet. Even if automatic rotation is turned on in android. In guide, it is portrait. During show view, it is landscape. It is just annoying when the tablet is in a holder/stand.

I am not sure why the 4th gen is programmed like that since the legacy Tablo will adjust its orientation correctly on a phone/tablet. It likely has something to do with the player needed to show MPEG2 streaming on a mobile device.
Agreed. They should make it work like iphone app. In portrait it should show guide plus current channel playing at the top. Then rotate to watch in landscape full screen.
Alas, my Fire 10 tablet does not display any video at all so i impatiently wait.
