Android Emulator and legacy Tablo app

This is simply seeking info from others here that may be running or attempting to run the legacy Tablo apk/app on a mini PC while using an android emulator for their streaming.

I consider myself quite a power user and ditched several Firesticks (highly restricting and getting worse by the day) for Google TV - e.g. ONN, which are working fine in fact perfectly at this time. I still use 3 Firesticks in bedrooms where no “power user” adaptations are needed and they hum in that mode. Limited by my standards but fine for basic watching of stuff.

I observe even Google TV seems to be getting ready to harness or limit my capabilities on their devices. I am thinking about going a route where I set my own rules via my own mini pc’s on operating linux systems using android emulators for the purpose of streaming. Those devices are screaming fast and the user has almost unlimited control. I already have full knowledge of how to setup my network and devices if I decide to go for it. I know every other app I use currently will function well in their new home on my proposed setup. And the major perk is I can literally use any app I want and how I want without “big brother” cramping my plans. VPN chains, TOR tunnels and other such things would now be at the ready as wanted. Candidly I would be using this setup for MORE than streaming by far.

I don’t find much content or feedback about Tablo apk’s/apps pertaining to their use within android emulators.

Maybe someone here or a Tablo Admin could chime in if its being done or tested ever behind the scenes by Mgmt here.

For the computer, I don’t use my Linux one, I use the Win 11 one and use Link to Windows with my phone. I can use all my phone apps, see my photos and even txt from the computer. I think only Pixel and top Samsungs work this way though, but not 100% sure.

I never hooked it to a TV though, but should work. Only thing is you need the phone there all the time so I only use this now and then.

I have also used, darn I can’t remember the name Stacks or bluestacks maybe  one of the popular Android emulators on the computer, but even on a fast computer it runs a little sluggish I thought so didn’t use it much.
