Gen 4 Tablo-new as of Feb. 2025–ethernet connected-high quality internet-AMC THRILLER app repeatedly stops during playback of movie recordings and reverts to Tablo Home screen. Stream on Firestick 4K Max–ONLY watch on Samsung Q80 75" TV–Was suggested to adjust Surround Sound on Tablo–tried all suggestions–none worked–have not watched AMC live to see if the same happens–would defeat the purpose of having a DVR–any ideas ???
I assume by “AMC THRILLER app” you mean the streaming channel. This happens when you are playing back recordings? Only from this channel?
What streaming device are you using? Also, if you have more than one viewing station, does it do it on all of them? How about it you watch on your phone?
App-yes. Only experienced on this app SO FAR. Recordings-yes. Firestick 4K Max. Only watch on top of the line Samsung 75 " TV. Do not watch on phone.
I have had issues with AMC+ as well.
Slooooooowest streaming service out there.
Pictures failing to load. Just showing black space where pic would go.
Sometimes they will eventually load, sometimes not.
Customer service was no help.
Cancelled my subscription.
AMC has worked great on mine except for what I mentioned.
