I just moved over to Amazon Fire TV from Roku 3. I really miss the film clip on the fast fwd. I have to keep clicking the FFW button 8-12 times to only move ahead 20 seconds at a time. I wish it were more like any other FFW button where I can FFW 1x, 2x or 3x speed. Is it possible this is on the to-do list?
I found the answer. Just hold down either the right side of the circle or the FF button, and it will speed through your recordings. The longer you hold it, the faster it goes (to a point). Clicking once just moves it 20 seconds. I hope that helps.
