Alternate row colors in channel guide view. For example, bg color for rows 1 and 3 are black, bg color for rows 2 and 4 are light gray. It’s a little easier on the eyes when trying to see what’s on a particular channel as your eyes scan horizontally.
And I’d vote for for the guide using more than roughly 1/2 the screen as well.
